I just finished this project in the Green Trails neighborhood in Katy, Texas.  This is an established area with beautiful homes and mature trees.  These home owners love their home, but wanted to do some updating.

The scope of this project included a total remodel of the kitchen, 1/2 bath and fireplace as well as replacing all of the flooring throughout the house ad updating the paint and some window coverings.  We put hardwoods in the kitchen, dining, living and entry, new tile in the utility and baths, and new carpet in the remaining areas.  The outdated fireplace was refaced with stacked stone, a slate hearth and a new glass cover. 

The results of this project are dramatic and stunning.  I designed and managed this project.  The transformation took 6 weeks and the home owners are thrilled with their updated home.
