This home owner loved the location and layout of her home.  She also loved her neighbors, but she explained that she disliked everything about the inside of her house.  Because she was so embarrassed, she never invited friends or family over. 

We planned and gutted the entire house.  The kitchen, guest bath, 1/2 bath and master bathroom were demolished down to the sheet rock.  New cabinets were designed and installed, all new appliances were chosen, new lighting, hardware and fixtures were added.  New tile, back splashes, granite and tile surrounds were added in the kitchen and bathrooms.   The popcorn ceiling was stripped and every inch on the home was repainted.  Finally, a new custom double front door was installed.  The result?  A home that reflects the warm and classy yet casual personality of the home owner.  She now regularly plans events at her home and is so proud and comfortable in her surroundings.

I designed and managed this project.  From demo to final touches, this project took only 7 weeks to complete.
